Director & Image Maker Hugo Richel strives to push the boundaries of digital technology through surrealism. Using the full spectrum of computer graphics, he draws on his fascination with mountains and the ocean to develop techniques for mastering fluids and movements and breathing life into his objects. He questions the relationship between the human body and nature, from physical phenomena such as gravity to the scale ratio between the avatar and its environment.
